2. Cancellation Policy

a. Order Cancellations (Before Shipment)

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.

• Cancellations made after 24 hours but before the item has shipped may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, depending on the stage of production or customization.

• Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

• The item is damaged, defective, or not as described.

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging and documentation.

b. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or made-to-order furniture

• Items returned after 7 days of delivery

• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer

• Clearance or final sale items (if marked as such at the time of purchase)

c. Return Shipping

• For eligible returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to damage, defect, or error on our part.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

1. Please take clear photos of the product and packaging.

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

3. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the issue and your preference.
