2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All provinces within India

  • Select states (please contact us to confirm availability)

  • For international orders, please contact our customer support prior to purchase to check feasibility and shipping rates.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional 2–6 weeks for production, depending on complexity.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order ships.


4. Shipping Methods

We use trusted logistics partners, which may include:

  • National couriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Indian Postal)

  • Specialized furniture delivery services for large or delicate items

You will be notified of the delivery method and estimated delivery window upon dispatch.


5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • Local & Metro Areas: 3–7 business days

  • Rural & Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

  • Custom Furniture Orders: Add production time to standard delivery estimate

Please note that delivery times may vary based on location, order volume, weather conditions, or logistics constraints.


6. Delivery Charges

  • Standard shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping may apply to select items or promotional periods (terms will be clearly stated).

  • White glove delivery (including room placement and packaging removal) is available at an additional charge upon request.


7. Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of order.

  • For large items, it is your responsibility to ensure that doorways, staircases, and elevators can accommodate the delivery.

  • Missed or failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability may incur additional charges.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please take clear photos of any damage and retain all packaging materials.

  • We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.


9. Delays

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, unforeseen delays can occur. Wood Style Group is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs clearance issues

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Public holidays or strikes
